– 40ml Hepple Gin.

– 30ml Spiced Espresso.

– 15ml Campari.

– 10ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry.

Spiced Espresso add 50g Espresso, 20g Sugar, 3 Green Cardamom, Tangerine Twist.
Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, leave to chill and fine strain into a glass.
