– 50ml Douglas Fir Vodka.⠀
– 5ml @belsazar_vermouth.⠀
– Garnish with a strip of bergamot and Hepple Douglas Fir Sherbet.
Add Hepple Douglas Fir Sherbet to the outside of the glass.
Take a mixing jug, fill with ice. Pour in the Douglas Fir Vodka, followed by the vermouth. Stir slowly thirty times. Strain the martini glass. Pinch the bergamot over the surface of the martini, add to the glass.
