40ml Hepple Douglas Fir
20ml Yellow Chartreuse
20ml Manzanilla Sherry
Dash grapefruit bitters (optional)
Stir all the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice until thoroughly chilled. Then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a small twist of lime and a fennel blossom (if I season).
Stir garnish twist lime discarded and fennel blossom.
