Saffron Martini

Recipe

80ml Hepple Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth
10ml Saffron Water*
5ml Tio Pepe

Method

Stir on ice and strain into glass.

Garnish

Garnish with an olive.

100ml Boiling Water
Pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp Honey
12-15 Strands of Saffron

Infuse for 3 hours.
