200ml Hepple Gin
150ml Blackcurrant Vermouth*
125ml Blackcurrant Leaf Tea
200ml Sweet Vermouth
Infuse for 2 hours in a zip lock bag, strain and bottle.
Mix all ingredients and strain into a bottle, keep in the fridge.
**Infuse 10 Blackcurrant leaves in 250ml boiling water for 20 mins, filter and refrigerate.
