35ml Hepple Gin
15ml Lillet Rose
20ml Lemon Juice
3 teaspoons Blackcurrant Jam
Sprig of Lemon thyme
Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and add a generous amount of ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon and a sprig of lemon thyme
