Cherry and Chocolate Negroni

Recipe

100ml Hepple Gin
50mI Campari
50ml Sweet Vermouth
85g Fresh Cherries in half
Small pinch of salt

Method

Place all ingredients in a zip lock bag, massage the liquid and fruit and leave to infuse for 6 hours, then filter through a coffee filter into a bottle and refrigerate. Pour into a chilled glass
