50ml Hepple Douglas Fir Vodka
10ml Belsazar Riesling Vermouth
Take a mixing jug, fill with ice.
Pour in the Douglas Fir Vodka, followed by the Vermouth.
Stir slowly thirty times. Strain into a frozen coupe glass.
Pinch the bergamot over the surface of the martini, add to the glass.
Add Douglas Fir Sherbet to the outside of the glass.
