Hepple Blackcurrant and Blackcurrant Leaf

Ingredients

200ml Hepple Gin
150ml Blackcurrant Vermouth*
50ml Campari
125ml Blackcurrant Leaf Tea

Method

  1. *100g Blackcurrant 200ml Sweet Vermouth Infuse for 2 hours in a zip lock bag, strain and bottle.
  2. **Infuse 10 Blackcurrant leaves in 250ml boiling water for 20 mins, filter and refrigerate.
  3. Mix all ingredients and strain into a bottle, keep in the fridge.
